SULA VALLEY, S. DE R. L. (incorporated)

Is a family-owned and operated company. We deliver to our customers more than two decades of combined experience, in the home construction and civil engineering business.

We count on a selected net of subcontractors, to perform the different aspects involved in a construction. They are well known in the community by their honesty and knowledge in their area.

Below is a brief description of SULA VALLEY director's background:

Santigo Pineda

Santiago was introduced to the fascinating world of the construction by a woodworker who hired him at age 14 to be his helper. Soon he would find out that he had an extraordinary ability not only to make what he was told to do, but to create and combine the most exiting pieces of architectural details, as well as a good eye visualizing his creations well ahead.

During his career Santiago have had the opportunity to work in different areas in the field of construction. Before founding SULA VALLEY, he worked by himself for six years as a home remodeler contractor under the name of SUPERIOR CARPENTRY in the northeastern United States.

He started designing small jobs some time ago as a plus for the customer to see ahead what he was doing and from time to time as a requirement to pull up construction permits. He says that there were occasions where the time spent on the design was greater than the time needed to complete the project, but it was worth the effort.

He was accepted in the Boston Architectural College as an undergraduate in architecture, but could not attend because of changes in his career. At the present time he studies the same at a Honduran university.

Santiago is fluent in Spanish and English.

Ana Pineda

She starts her career working for CONHSA-PAYSA, a bridge and road builder company in Central America. With them, she gets educated on projects management, and learns the techniques to be accurate when estimating material & labor costs, a skill she thinks is not simple to accomplish, but very important in the construction industry.

In partnership with INSESA (local civil-electric contractors) Ana developed some residential projects in the cities of La ceiba, Siguatepeque, and San Pedro.

With the idea of better serve her customers, Ana joined forces with her brother Santiago, And established what now is SULA VALLEY, from where she is able to deliver the most high construction standards.

Ana, owns a bachelor degree in civil engineering from UNAH. (Honduran college) and is registered with the Honduran Association of civil engineers. #3689
